Senior Business Analyst - Payment Simplification - Edinburgh/Glasgow
My client is one of the biggest banking providers operating in the UK market with large change and transformation programme under way as a result of shifts in the market or regulatory changes. They have an exciting opening for an experienced Senior level Business Analyst on a large payments related simplification programme across the business.
In order to be considered for this role candidates must have the following skills and experience:
- Extensive banking or financial services programme experience at a Senior Business Analyst level (5+ years)
- Proven ability to lead teams of business analysts and deliver projects of work in a central programme time to tight deadlines
- Strong payments background (BACS, CHAPS, URBIS, PKI, NCA or Faster Payments)
- Strong BA skill set - process mapping, requirements gathering (function and non functional) and create high level documentation for a senior audience and traceability Matrix's.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into project objectives, business goals and requirements, ensure traceability throughout
- Excellent communication skills and able to interact with senior level stakeholders and external third parties on a daily basis.
It is essential that candidates have a strong banking and financial services experience around payments to be considered for this role.
