Requirements
- Lead the expansion of tier 1 and 2 channel partners in the local Swiss market, focused on target enterprise customers
- Introduce and promote value propositions and product solutions to market
- Responsible for the recruitment of key distributors and resellers
- Define sales goals and targets
- Establish the go-to-market strategy
- Service as the main point of contact from all external partners
- Receive and define product requirements
- Win large projects and assist the sales teams
- Collaborate with key partners to customize services and provide the right solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the enterprise market field, related to channel sales and distribution
- Extensive director or senior level of channel experience in the Swiss market
- Hand-on sepxiernece in Switzerland developing and establishing channel partners
- Recent experience directly in major hardware vendors or large resellers (i.e. IBM, HP, Cisco, EMC, Connectis, SPIE, Swisscom)
- Extensive personal network with large retailers in Switzerland
- German and English fluent language
