A top tier bank is looking for a Customer Director to join their Personal Banking team to make an incredible difference, both culturally and for the customer needs.
The primary focus of the role is to ensure efficiency to customers in the event of disputed transactions, potential and actual fraud.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive Customer Service in a Matrix environment
- Previous experience at Director level in a high volume Contact Centre environment
- Managed over 1000 FTE
- Extensive knowledge of communication centre process and systems
