Huxley Engineering are actively looking for both Trainee Recruitment Consultants, and also experienced consultants to join their Engineering Team in Manchester.Huxley is a leading company within a FTSE 250 sales organisation and has recently been awarded Laureate status for consistently achieving Best Workplace status from 2004 to 2012 and are the only recruitment company to achieve this status.
We are looking for hard working, high achieving sales people who want to take their career to the next level. Are you frustrated in your current sales or recruitment position? The ideal candidate will be self motivated, as this is not a 9-5pm role. You will have the ambition to thrive in an environment whereby your progression is based on your performance, and you will have the resilience to endure the highs and lows that a career in recruitment brings.
You will possess a hunger for selling, and track record of success in a current or previous sales role. No previous recruitment experience is required as fully comprehensive training is given.
