Description

My client is looking for a Quality Improvement Lead to take on a project delivering improvements to services within the Trust.

They have given me details on what is required for the role:

Essential Skills:
  • Must be articulate when delivering information
  • Strong Project Management Experience
  • Strong Quality Improvement experience
  • Strong Service Improvement experience
  • Service Redesign experience - ideally Anti Coagulation
  • Uses AGILE methodologies and or has a good understanding of this way of working.


Desirable Skills:
  • PRINCE2 experience or knowledge of
  • NHS Experience
  • Worked within uncertain environment before
  • Strong knowledge and use of EXCEL & Word
  • Previous experience of rolling out services into the Community


The successful candidate will have the following day to day duties:
  • Working with the project teams to meet deadlines
  • Working with the CCG's to operationalise services
