Description
My client is looking for a Quality Improvement Lead to take on a project delivering improvements to services within the Trust.They have given me details on what is required for the role:
Essential Skills:
- Must be articulate when delivering information
- Strong Project Management Experience
- Strong Quality Improvement experience
- Strong Service Improvement experience
- Service Redesign experience - ideally Anti Coagulation
- Uses AGILE methodologies and or has a good understanding of this way of working.
Desirable Skills:
- PRINCE2 experience or knowledge of
- NHS Experience
- Worked within uncertain environment before
- Strong knowledge and use of EXCEL & Word
- Previous experience of rolling out services into the Community
The successful candidate will have the following day to day duties:
- Working with the project teams to meet deadlines
- Working with the CCG's to operationalise services
