Resource Manager - Humberside - 4 Month Contract - £300
One of our largest clients are currently looking for a Resource Manager who will be required to work on various transformation projects for the recruitment area focus on process improvement and external supplier relationships.
Experience required:
- Experience within a 360 and 180 environment
- Experience working both temporary and permanent vacancies
- Managing a small team of recruiters and the running of their day to day eg delivery to a project timetable and associated documentation and communication on progress against key milestones.
- Experience working on transformation projects for the recruitment area
- Disclosure Scotland Clearance (DS) would be preferred
