Requirements
1. Has 10+ years project management or delivery experience in IBM, be familiar with organization structure/delivery flow/system regulation of IBM
2. Has been involved for organization/flow building or optimization in IBM
3. Very strong ability of problem solution and push
4. Be good at relationship control in team and communication
