Essential:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Governance for Investment Banking
- Strong experience working with/for National Regulatory bodies, eg FCA, PRA, FED, BaFin etc.
- Knowledge & expertise around creating guidelines and policies.
- Expertise on providing "best practice."
- Strong analysis skills.
Role:
My client (Top Tier Management Consultancy) is recruiting for a contract Governance Officer. The Governance Officer will work on a client site (Investment Bank), analysing Governance around Regulations and establishing whether are they are fit for purpose. The Governance Officer will then provide feedback and if neeed, provide advise on "best practice" going forward.
