The successful candidates will have proven experience of
Solid change management experience
Self organised, self motivated
Good stakeholder management skills
Good intellectual skills - we are dealing with complex and developing regulation and they need to be able to cope with the tactical and strategic challenges.
Financial services experience and/or experience in regulatory change initiatives
Experience in the early stages of the programme/project life cycle
Business Change background
Can be a BA looking to get into their first PM role
Rate: Up to £360/day
Start: ASAP
Location: Edinburgh
Duration: 6 months with a view to extend
