A Finance Manager is required for a 3 month interim assignment based in Buckinghamshire.
Within this role you will be reporting into the Financial Operations Manager. This is a key position, aiding with the Finance function's goal of delivering fast, focused and valued information. Key responsibilities will be supporting the Financial Operations Manager, team management and supervising the month end closure. You will be working closely with other key functions and stakeholders to ensure information flows on a timely basis; therefore, you should have strong communication skills.
The successful Finance Manager will have a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role, with substantial hands on Financial Operations and general ledger management experience. Good systems skills are also highly important, ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. It is desirable that you have a proven track record for challenging existing processes and stimulating efficiency improvements.
