Service Transition Manager (end user services) required for leading banking client in the North West
My client, a leading financial company are looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their organisation who has worked with End user services. We are looking for someone who is happy to get involved and roll their sleeves up with all aspects of the transition.
Previous experience within global banking or financial client is ideal for this role.

Service Implementation
Change Management
Strong organisational skills
Fully up to date with developments in individual area of expertise.
Will have breadth and depth of understanding of group goals, direction and technical strategy;
Broad knowledge in one or more specific areas of products, services and policies in order to plan operations and strategies;
The jobholder must apply the business knowledge and specialist tools at their disposal in a way which will develop, or enhance the services but must have a detailed understanding of the impact on others areas in the wider group.
