Description
Senior Buyer required immediately for 3 month contract based in Hampshire.
As the successful candidate you will have great attention to detail and be able to carry out and implement designated procurement plans in accordance with the Procurement and Supply Chain Management strategy.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
* Good civil or construction background and have bought concrete, stone and steel will be considered for this role.
*Substantial experience of complex procurement processes within a construction related environment
* Demonstrate a proven track record in managing supplier relationships, negotiation and process compliance
*An understanding of legal frameworks and contract law is desirable Supervisory experience is desirable
*MCIPS qualification or degree is desirable
