Email Marketing, CRM, Customer Relationship Manager, Email Campaigns, triggered customer email campaigns, ExactTargetA fast growing technology company, based in Central London, seeking a hands on Email Manager to join their Marketing team on an initial contract basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical role in the growth of an innovative and rapidly scaling digital web technology company. They're looking to dramatically scale between now and the end of the year with the expectation of being major disruptors within the Internet, digital and financial services space.
As the Email Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day output of customer communications, working closely with other stakeholders within the business.
Responsibilities of this role will include:
- Developing innovative digital campaigns, with a consistent message across all customer touch points
- Manage triggered & solus, essential and transactional email campaigns
- Taking briefs from stakeholders and relaying clearly to the team
- Measure, validate and improve efficiency of customer communications
- Report regular updates to the Marketing Manager
- Aware of new technologies and understand the latest in Email Marketing
- 3-5 years email & customer marketing experience
- An individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment, with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience using the ESP ExactTarget
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Experience working within a start-up environment
