SAP CRM Consultant, Sales, service, marketing
* 5+ years SAP CRM experience
* Strong CRM sales service and marketing
* Work with the business representatives and subject matter advisors to assess requirements and define business processes
* Provide guidance/best practices in the CRM area
* Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements
* Experience running workshops
* Participate in the training of the business community as trainers or as SAP users
