A Finance Manager is required for a 3 to 6 month interim assignment based in Berkshire.
The purpose of this role will be to manage the Record to Report (R2R) relationship with the outsourcing service provider. Key responsibilities will be to drive process improvements, undertake the specialist accounting that remains onshore and manage a team of four. This role also requires you take a hands on approach, as you will be responsible for managing the project and accounting functions.
The successful candidate will be a part or qualified accountant with a minimum of two years' experience in a relevant role which has had an international presence. You should have robust communication skills, able to coordinate multiple tasks and have exposure to US GAAP, IFRS and Local GAAP.
