Description
My client is currently looking for an operational Complaints Manager to work within a Trust for an initial 3 months in South Yorkshire.The ideal candidate will need to have experience using the Datix system and also have experience of clearing backlogs. The Trust are looking to improve response rates up to 85% by the end of August and would like someone that has experience of overcoming these types of challenges.
