Service Delivery ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Service Delivery Manager to join their business in Uganda.

Requirements
- Assist the IT Senior Manager in the governance and quality of large IT/billing projects
- Develop and maintain the appropriate service level management structure - including SLA structure and the OLA
- Manage third party supplier/contract management
- Analyze and review service performance against agreed SLAs and OLAs
- Produce regular reports on service performance
- Act as the major incident manager
- Act as the primary point of contact for questions, problems, and complaints about change management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience delivering and managing large/complex IT projects
- Recent 2+ years a supervisory role
- Strong experience in service delivery management - including change management, incident management, and problem management
- Technical background in BSS/Billing and ERP solutions
