Description
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Operations Manager on a contract basis for one of our key financial services clients.
You will have responsibility for running the arrears operation and managing a number of Team Leaders/Managers.
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following experience;
- A solid background in Operational Management roles within Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience of Mortgages
- Knowledge of the FCA and relevant regulatory processes and procedures
- Previous line management and Matrix management experience - this is a very hands on management role where they need people to motivate, drive performance and standards
