The Client
Our client a leading charity are looking to hire an Interim Director of Fundraising for a period of 3 months. Whilst this is an assignment to bridge the period before the substantive person starts, the organisation is a long way behind on their plan and will need an short sharp injection to prepare the best platform to move forward.

The Interim Assignment
The successful applicant will lead the fundraising and communications team to achieve the charity's aspirational plan. The role will be reporting to the Chief Executive with a key role on the Senior Management Team and will involve developing and improving the fundraising strategy to achieve growth, building on their annual income from a strong supporter base and developing a range of income streams including Individual Giving, Trusts & Foundations, Legacies and Events.

The Interim Manager
The ideal applicant will have a strong track record as a senior fundraising professional, be able to demonstrate financial success and growth across a range of areas and have experience of developing and delivering strategies. They will also be an excellent manager and leader of people, and will be skilled at building relationships with supporters at all levels while displaying strong financial management skills, including working with complex budgets.
