Finance Analyst/18 Month Contract/West London - Near Heathrow/£22.50 per hour
OVERVIEW
Finance Analyst wanted by a truly global and ever expanding FMCG Company. The ideal Finance Analyst candidate will have strong background of working in complex operational pay role functions within large organisations.
Finance Analyst role will be working within an organisation that delivers more than 1,400 brands to over 160 markets worldwide; providing in excess of a billion life maintaining units to over 179 countries per year. The Finance Analyst role offers the opportunity to utilise your background in financial analysis in a business critical role within a large, house hold name organisation.
Financial analyst REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years' experience in large organisations Payroll function
- Strong knowledge of Payroll software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of global regulations on Tax and NIC
Financial Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process data from HR and other sources and ensure accurate payments and deductions are made
- Validate data against audit reports
- Resolve employee enquiries
- Process P45's/P46's for new employees
- Distribute P45's for vacating employees
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure adherence to existing processes
- Act as key point of contact to internal stakeholders
