CE & Deep Drive Optimisation LeadWe are currently recruiting for our client, Telecommunication company for CE & Deep Drive Optimisation Lead to join their project in the UK.
Position Title: CE & Deep Drive Optimisation Lead
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2015
Duration: 6 months contract

Responsibilities:
- Collecting data (protocol level etc).
- RAN extract all 2G & 4G dropped calls/failed setups, categorise, analyse and recommend solutions to improve.
- Extract CN signalling that traverses RAN to understand “E2E or CN” related drops/setup fails and causes.
- Trend Handsets/IMSIs to understand which Handsets perform worse than average and that need workarounds/improvements.
- Customer oriented and in contact with, to get report of outputs and improvements.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in RAN
- Strong experience in optimization, E2E process, signalling, call drops, causes
- Experience with leading the project team for reaching acceptance KPIs.
- Team management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
