PRG&rsquos client is global manufacturing organisation who are currently going through an exciting period of growth and with this are in the middle of a restructure of their global operations.

They currently have an opportunity to recruit a Financial Operations Manager on an initial 6 month fixed term contract &ndash this will have potential to progress to a permanent role.

With 3 direct reports, you will oversee the management and performance of key transactional processing teams.

Reporting to the Head of Shared Service, key responsibilities of the role are:

&bull Monitor performance and development of transactional processing teams
&bull Manage month end processes
&bull Develop and report on KPIs, to drive continuous improvement
&bull Standardise and improve the end to end process
&bull Manage and deliver Shared Service budget / forecast
&bull Deliver added value reporting

Skills, qualifications and attributes:

&bull Qualified Accountant &ndash qualified by experience maybe considered with demonstrable experience
&bull Strong team working background &ndash team development
&bull Effective manager
&bull Relationship management &ndash key stakeholders (UK & Europe)

This is a varied role that will play a pivotal role in the ongoing success of the finance operations and transactional processing teams &ndash liaising with and reporting on key European business units.
