Requirements
- Manage connectivity infrastructure projects related to the transformation of an existing managed service to a new service management model on a day to day basis
- Deliver the global project from an end to end operation
- Lead project staff
- Responsible to achieve agreed SLA’s and project objectives
- Comply to the end customer’s project management methodology
- Communicate/interface with project stakeholders
- Manage conflict and risk hedging
Qualifications
- 10+ years in large scale IT infrastructure project delivery
- Specialized in WAN, LAN, WLAN, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Datacenter, etc
- Recently led and managed minimally 3 large IT projects (in excess of USD 500k)
- Expert knowledge of service management and process development requirements
- Excellent ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
- ITIL certified
- PMP certified
