I am currently working for a large independant Healthcare provider who have a fantastic opportunity for an experience CQC/Governance project Manager to take the lead in the preparation to their CQC inspection.
The organisation are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Expert CQC Knowledge - Current standards and Inspection regime
- Have led or managed a CQC compliance project for either a NHS or Private organisation before.
- Ideally worked for the CQC before.
- Desirably worked as a Deputy Director of Nursing/Deputy Chief Nurse before.
The role will require someone who is very approachable, personable but at the same time able to scrutinise and challenge where appropriate.
