We need a Consultant with the skills (Pre-sale requirement):
Experience with Genesys Skills Assessor and Training Module - Experienced (2 to 5 years)
Experience with Genesys Outbound module - Experienced (2 to 5 years)
The client wishes this timeline to be realized
Skills Assessor to be delivered at the end of September 2015
Training Manager together with Skills Assessor, or ASAP after that
and then Outbound to be delivered before end of November 2015

Genesys Skills Assessor and Training Manager
Skills Assessor and Training Manager should be installed on premise together with the current Genesys environment. There are about 1000 users configured on the platform that should be able to use the system.
Genesys Outbound
Genesys Outbound should be set up and integrated with the current environment allowing agents answering inbound calls to do outbound calls in low traffic periods.
English speaking is a MUST. Candidates with Norwegian language exp will be at an advantage but not its not entirely necessary.
