Description
A Control and Compliance Analyst is required for a six month interim assignment based in Berkshire.
The main objective of this role will be to drive and deliver a robust control and compliance framework; this includes managing the SOX compliance process and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities will be to perform regular SOX deficiency reporting to senior stakeholders, facilitate change management to reflect process excellence and facilitate external Audit review of SOX compliance & testing.
The successful candidate will have a confident communication style that establishes credibility and facilitates a clear understanding of control frameworks and SOX issues. You would ideally come from a big 4 audit background and be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
