Description

Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager based within the Business Change function of a global bank. The role of the Business Project Manager is to manage the impact assessments, gap analysis and to define business requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong track record for delivering projects within agreed upon timeframes and demonstrates the ability to develop and deliver the project though clear actions, impacting all businesses and functions within the bank.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Manage and deliver projects of varying size and complexity

History of delivering complex projects in line with business requirements and demonstrate a strong business acumen

Responsible for the "mechanics" of the implementation programme across their area of responsibility

Experienced in producing timely reports on implementation status, risks and issues

Capable of identifying potential issues, determine the impact on their local business/function and communicate those issues clearly and concisely, and provide options for resolution
