Our client is a hugely successful financial services business.

As the interim Marketing Business Partner you will be responsible for driving business leads and volume for the regulated retail side of the business, in a way that is consistent with brand and values. Working as a consultant and advisor to the Sales Director you will develop and implement marketing plans for propositions in accordance with business strategy and targets. Key activities will include increasing brand awareness to drive improved market share and origination in both B2B and to a lesser extent the B2C market places, develop strategies to maximise product penetration and cross selling to deepen wallet share and drive brand advocacy, develop and champion the Group's relationship with key stakeholders within the mortgage and property arena to increase awareness and consideration, direct the business line marketing plan with the aid of the Marketing Manager to deliver business objectives whilst improving the way things are done and ensure an effective ROI on marketing spend with strong reporting.

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate a track record of success in business to business marketing - planning and implementing plans encompassing the full marketing mix. Ideally you will have worked with 3rd party intermediaries/brokers and/or distribution partners to ensure a "joined up" approach to the marketing approach and customer experience. Financial Services market exposure is essential. You will have strong commercial awareness with the ability to plan in detail and influence and manage multiple stakeholder demands and expectations.
