Requirements
- Responsible for professional solution sales, market planning, and strategy development
- Ensure high service customer satisfaction and customer relationship management
- Customize solution to meet customer needs
- Provide account marketing support
- Be the voice of the customer management
- Manage the project team targeted at solution sales
- Build service brand for regional teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of telecommunications or IT experience in a major operator or enterprise organization
- Specialized in IP projects
- Expert in service strategy and solution design for large scale telecommunications projects
- Good understanding of project and business management
- Proven experience in customer engagement for pre-sales activities
- Strong negotiation and contract closing skills
- Fluent in French, English, and Belgian languages
