Our client, a global leading telecommunication company, is recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their office in UK.

Responsibilities:
- To manage all aspects of field operations and be responsible for delivering operational forecast performance and for running the site works.
- Proactively manage interventions when needed with any changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure delivery of projects with the required conditions.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Supervise projects team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
- Build Customer Relationship and maintain it.
- To act as a point of contact with customers in order to deal with customer requests in all aspects of the project.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role - Operations Manager/Site Manager/Site Coordinator
- Previous experience in managing a mobile rollout operationally for a field team
- Understanding of Huawei BTS 3900AL and field’s installations
- Previous experience working for projects with local operators(Vodafone, O2,..etc)
- Good knowledge of british telecommunication market
- Strong communication skills and experience in customer facing and Team Management/Management experience.
