Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager being sought for global organisation
Please note that this role is for 2/3 days a week.
Your responsibilities:
You are working as a key member member of the cross-divisional team to:
- Clarify our current status (high level) by interviewing key members
- Clarify where we want to be in short/mid-term by collecting requirements/expectations from IS management and other key parties
- Clarify the gap, prioritize key areas, propose approach and develop plan
- Propose & document processes/mechanisms to promote and manage innovation activities with clear relations to existing processes
- Present proposal and manage consensus sessions with key stakeholders
- Periodic reporting to management
