Are you a driven Account/Relationship Manager looking for an opportunity to be part of an exciting change project?
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Head of Client Relationship Management to work for our client based in West Yorkshire. They are financial services businesses, who are undertaking a large change project involving a new client.
The Role:
Reporting in to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for developing and implementing an account management approach for a new client by establishing and maintaining a strategic relationship with them. You will take ownership of all non-transactional interactions with the client, communication of issues and negotiation of full resolution and have full P&L responsibility.
Who You'll Be:
Proven account or relationship manager
Experience of working within the financial services industry
Ability to influence internally and externally at all levels
Excellent people management and leadership skills
Knowledge of the UK mortgage market and FCA would be beneficial
