Description
3D Personnel require 2 Finishing Foremen for a sites in Tonbridge and Sevenoaks for a client who is one of the premium apartment builders in the country. Someone experienced with a trade background to look after high end residential apartment development with a total value of circa £130 Million. The role will include taking the project from RC Frame, looking after internal walls, 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, M&E, external cladding and internal finishes, Predec snag/decorating/floor finishes/ fitted furniture etc.
The role will be working under an experienced Senior Site Manager / PM who would have overall site responsibility.
3D Personnel's Client requires someone who is:- Trade qualified, Has CSCS, and ideally First Aid and safety training, Has experience in delivering similar type projects.
