I am currently recruiting for a Workforce Planning Information Manager to work with an NHS organisation in London for a 6 month period.Key responsibilities of role -
- Analysis of workforce information in ESR
- Identify trends in workforce data
- Compare trends and data to other external organisations
- Ensure that data in ESR is correct and troubleshoot where necessary
- Produce reports on findings
- Liaise with stakeholders and senior management to identify reporting needs and work with end users to identify problems and room for improvement
Key skills required -
- Strong experience with ESR
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills for producing reports from ESR
- Strong analytical skills
