Requirements
- Develop, plan and execute Marketing strategies within the regional (Western Europe) framework
- Support product GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy with execution of the marketing plan within the overall GTM plan
- Develop marketing campaign to increase brand awareness, promote products and create drive to sale activities
- Set up the brand strategy and overall marketing communication plan for the German market
- Utilizing strong analytic capability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple customer touch points
- Identify target audience and potential consumers needs by deeply understanding target group consumer behavior and insights
- Setup of 360 marketing campaigns for products
- Good collaborate with internal departments, external agencies and partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in German consumer business marketing
- In depth understanding of the Marketing development trends for German device products market
- Good knowledge of concept development and deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy
- Design marketing strategy based on the device business strategy
- Experienced in developing and implementation of new promotion method ensure effective drive to sales
- Experience with consumer electronics and general knowledge of digital marketing
- Good evaluation capability, deep understanding of consumer behavior and interaction
- Preferred experience with companies like Samsung, Sony, HTC, Deutsche Telecom, Vodafone, O2 or Marketing agencies
- Available to travel 30% within Germany
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
