Description

My client is a leading Medical Device practice based in South England. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Account Inventory Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to continue their career in accounts, along with possibility of progression if desired.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

*Processing payroll
*Accounts payable
*Reconciling creditor accounts
*Bank reconciliations
*Posting of weekly & monthly journals to the accounts system
*Accounts to trial balance
*VAT returns
*Weekly cash flow reports
*Processing payments
*Daily input of bank transactions to the accounts system
*Inventory Management
*Ad hoc duties as required

As well as this they are looking for someone to be able to develop, execute and maintain the sites inventory management strategy, whilst reducing the risk of customer supply interruption.

Candidate Profile:

The candidate should be a confident bookkeeper / account with circa 3+ years experience. Also the ideal candidate will have experience accounting against inventory. Extremely beneficial if it is within a life science / medical device market. The ideal person will have experience in busy accounts office.
