Flex Comms Project Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for our client, an International Telecommunications Organisation, for a Flex Comms Project Supervisor to join their project in UK.

Position Title: Flex Comms Project Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision of flex crews to include pole- sub duct-BFT-fibre-copper-cabinet wiring installation and testing, to a high and safe standard within agreed schedules and KPI’s.
- Carrying out in progress and retrospective site audits, checking and reporting compliance levels via hand held device for both the company and client.
- Coaching and mentoring field operatives to improve quality and compliance to NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, safety at streetworks and road works and to Optimise customer KPI measures.
- Meeting with client representatives and councils when required to build a solid working relationship and agree time scales for projects.

Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Experience and a strong understanding of the fibre/comms installation industry.
- NRSWA accreditation to supervisor and IT skills to liaise with group works control.
- Experience in working with site operatives.
- Experience of demonstrating good communication skills and of prioritising works effectively.
- Experience of dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
- Experience of implementing, following and amending procedures for the purpose of service delivery as dictated by the client.
- Ability to understand client's quality requirements.
- Experience of managing Flec / Telecoms utility contracts.
- Minimum of 2-years relevant experience at middle management level in the industry
- Full clean driving licence.
