Position Title: MV OSS Service Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:
- Work as an OSS expert in a team of product managers
- To work OSS industry insight topic planning, which includes: industry environment and trend, future services and technologies, customers and end users and solution topics (such as big data, SDN/NFV).
- Responsible for OSS innovation and incubation
- Responsible for the OSS business design
- Communication with the customers, C-level and key members (organize and attend industry analytic seminars, user forums and presentations of strategies and solutions)
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Degree holder in Telecommunication / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in the field of telecommunications or IT related areas
- Overall and deep understanding of telecom industry, network technologies and operation
- Knowledge of standards such as 3GPP, ETSI, TMForum (eTOM, SID), ITIL, TOGAF, Openstack, SDN/NFV related: OpenDaylight, OPNFV, DMTF,
- Familiarity with leading OSS COTS products (IBM Tivoli/Netcool, HP TeMIP/Openview, Remedy, Netcracker, Cramer, etc.), and BSS/CRM products
- Good customer communication experience, on different levels (CXO level, manager level, operation level)
- Fluent English language skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
