An NHS organisation is looking for a Senior Transformation and Lead Manager to work on an exciting project to co-ordinate and deliver changes for the commissioners. This project will be an initial 3 month period with the possibility to extend.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a Clinical Commissioning Group as they look to develop changes across the CCG and CSU. As the Senior Transformation and Lead Manager you will be required to work closely with partners and trusts within the area.
To be considered you will have a passion for Transformation, change and service redesign, have the ability to present complex data to a vast range of audiences and will have a high level of interpersonal skills.
NHS experience is essential to the role, and any applicant must be able to perform, review and implement change upon the recommendations.
