Customer Experience Manager

I am currently looking for a Customer Experience Manager to work on an initial 6 month contract with the likely HOOD of either turning permanent or extensions. The role is going to work within the financial services so experience in that sector is desirable but not essential.

Ideally looking for someone from a marketing, op's or customer service background, that is a real do'er and can come in and hit the ground running

Essential Experience:

- Experience of working in a very customer orientated environment, focussing on customer journey and customer experience.

- Is able to influence people from a early stages in the contract, and in different areas of the business.

- Must have great stakeholder management, can liaise with colleagues, third parties and stakeholders in all areas of the business.

- Ideally have some project management experience.

- Looking for a do'er to implement the strategy produced by the line manager.
