Description
I am working with a North West based NHS Trust to recruit an interim General Manager of Surgery.The contract length will be an initial 3 months with the opportunity of extension and the daily rate on offer for the role will be £450-£500
You will be tasked with managing the Surgery Service and making improvements where possible, along with managing a number of key projects on behalf of the Director of Operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Improvement to theatre utilisation
- Surgery Reconfiguration
- Improving PTL
- Performance Management
- RTT and Process Redesign
- Programme Management
