Description
My NHS Client based in London is looking for Operational CHC team lead to head up a team of 7 adult live case CHC nurse assessors,The contract length is 6 months.
The rate is £300-£330
The day to day activities will include the operational management of 7 CHC nurse assessor assessing live adult cases, you will be dealing with a small admin team, complaints, appeals, safeguarding and reporting to external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have
- Experience managing a team of CHC nurses
- Experience completing Live CHC assessments
- Experience Liaising with External Stakeholders
- Experience managing CHC complaints / appeal cases / FMC / specialist cases
- An understanding of the CHC framework
- Proven ability to meet targets
- Experience dealing with CHC appeals
- The ability to report CHC data
- Experience dealing with HR issues
- Either an RMN or RGN
