An expecting opportunity has arisen within a Clinical Commissioning Group in the East of England. They have asked me to assist them in finding an interim Continuing Healthcare Lead Nurse.My customer is seeking to appoint an interim Continuing Healthcare Nurse and I am therefore inviting applications from experienced interims.
The assignment is for 3 months initially and paying a competitive daily rate.
Experience and skill set required:
- Experience of working within a CCG
- Registered General / Mental Health Nursing Qualification
- Experience of working in partnership between health and social care
- Experience of delivering training programmes to groups
- Detailed knowledge of Continuing Healthcare National Framework and NHS-Funded Nursing Care.
