Description
I am currently seeking to speak to an experienced Operations Manager, ideally from a Food and Beverage background, for a 3 month contract based just outside of London.Day to day activities will include the following;
*Introduction of short interval control
*Checking and amendments to product and materials flow across business
*Work with new production manager to establish tighter operational controls
* Establish and set routines and working patterns that deliver improvements
*To ensure handovers are completed efficiently and effectively
*Introduction and coaching of Lean Manufacturing techniques
*To assess management skills and training / development needs
Desirable, but not required;
*Basic understanding of 5s *Continuous Improvement Experience
The rate is negotiable dependant on experience.
