Description
We are looking for an excellent IT Business Analyst for a multinational company in the Financial Service Industry.
You will work on initiatives that include the launch of new payment products, core platform enhancements, changes to the way customers interact with the company, and improvements in infrastructure.
As a Business Analyst IT you are expected to:
* Develop expertise on how our payment products are implemented in our IT landscape.
* Work closely with the Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts Product, Product Managers, business- and technology stakeholders. Deliver the following business analysis documents:
* Create and maintain functional processes (in BPMN2).
Critical Competencies:
* Experience in the Payments Services Industry with card processing.
* Analytical with good inter-personal skills.
* Assertive, well-developed communication skills.
