SAP CRM Service Consultant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Analysis and Design of Business Processes and modeling of business objects in close coordination with Business Process Manager for Service
- Creation of functional and technical specifications for SAP ERP and SAP CRM for implementation of defined business processes
- Creation of application roadmaps for specific functional area (Service) in coordination with Business Process Manager for Service and other stakeholders
- Analysis of current innovations in specific functional areas with respect to applicability and feasibility
- Requirements Management with prioritization, specification, verification and validation of requirements and discussion of results with requestors
- Coordination of implementation activities with internal and external Service Providers incl. specification, planning, testing and quality management, training and key user support
- Alignment with Change & Release Manager, QA & Test Manager as well as AMS managers for different activities
Your qualifications
- High performing individual with strong background in Service business preferably from the Industry
- Expert knowledge in SAP ERP (SD, MM, CS) and SAP CRM (Service) is a must
- In depth knowledge of Requirements Engineering Methodology and ability to effectively communicate with the business
- Familiarity with the principles of project management in the IT field and preferably experience as project or sub-project manager
- Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving, Conceptual skills, and analytical thinking
- Experience and sensitivity for international work environments
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English and German
