Requirements
- Analyze carriers requirements on Business orchestration capabilities or Digital partner aggregation (DPA) or Order management capabilities during digital transformation
- Guide the planning of the solutions accordingly and identify core value features
- Determine the core architecture and feature requirements for the Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management solution to support carriers digital transformation according to carriers digital transformation strategy
- Profound understanding of the Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management development trend
- Communication with top operator executives to build a positive image of the brand on the operator's side
- Expand and support key products involving key customers and promote the implementation of Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management in key projects
- Determine core product requirements and strategy for deploying the Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management solution for value customers
- Specify these details in the Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management plan to ensure the progress and quality of the version planning
- Plan Business Orchestration / DPA / Order management solution and build the product competitiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Telecommunication and IT industry
- 3+ years of experience in Business Orchestration solution planning or Digital partner aggregation (DPA) solution planning or Order management solution planning
- Strong knowledge of Business development, Marketing and Product management
- Excellent understanding of the current situation, development trend, value chain and global applications of Business orchestration or DPA or Order management
- Technical background
- UK operators experience
- Great experience with customer communication and customer requirements
- Prefered companies: Hybris (highly prefered), Pega, Oracle, Salesforce, Amdocs
