IT Testing ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a IT Testing Manager to join their business in United Kingdom.

Requirements
- Leading team of test specialists to deliver customer expectations for a quality solution
- Preparing the testing plan and suite of test cases to cover the thorough testing of the system from both a functional and non-functional (Performance, Security, etc.) perspective
- Coordinating the test execution with onsite testers
- Communicating testing progress and issues with stakeholders from both internal and client side
Qualifications
- 10 years or above BSS/IT technical background
- 5 years+ test management, strong testing tools knowledge and hands-on ability
- UK Operators experience
- Large scale team management experience
- BSS/IT integration with Core network project experience as lead or key member of data migration team
- BSS/IT transformation project experience as lead or key member of data migration team
- Strong knowledge of BSS/IT migration approach
- Knowledge in at least one of the operating systems (Linux, UNIX, NT/2000) and mainstream database (Oracle, Informix, Sybase, SQL Server)
- Knowledge of various of test phases
- Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party vendors
