Description
Reporting to the HR Director and with a dotted line into the Medical Director, the successful candidate will be an experienced Medical HR professional with a proven track record in Medical Staffing.In addition to this, applicants will need to demonstrate a substantial understanding of the following:
-MHPS (Maintaining High Professional Standards)
-Job Planning
-E Job Planning
-Doctors and Junior Doctor's contractual arrangements
-Management of Clinical and Medical grievances
-Proven Team Management experience
-Contribute to Trust Workforce cost improvement plans
-Ability to hit the ground running and improve processes
