Manager Marketing / Head of Creative Germany (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Be responsible for a team of 7 marketing managers
- Delivering all of the visual creative, across all channels, ATL, digital
- Work with the European brand planner to understand the German articulation of the brand
- Work with the German business team and hear their strategy and business requirements
- Work with the German marketing director on the overall marketing goals
- Take the business requirements and generate a creative brief
- Direct and engage your team, the agencies and the social team to deliver the creative brief
- Develop the creative team, give them space to be truly creative
- Understand how to improve the creative effectiveness and drive traffic
- Interpret marketing effectiveness and traffic results and find suggestions to improve
Your qualifications
- Excellent motivator of creative people
- Profound experience in marketing
- Good understanding of how to use social and visual creative to create a powerful german campaign
- Great social skills, ability to interact with top executives and people at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- This position does require to travel to Zurich, London and Berlin
